Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IntentCast you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use IntentCast only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of the third-party platforms whose public data we surface.

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive posting in community threads.
• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing IntentCast output as a competing dataset.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other users' accounts.
• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content submitted through the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getintentcast.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pay-as-you-go searches are charged at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. Refunds are handled case by case and in accordance with applicable law — contact support@getintentcast.com within 14 days of a charge.

5. Intellectual property

IntentCast and its software, branding, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the reply drafts you generate, and you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing anywhere. Links and excerpts from public threads remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or revenue from using the platform, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentCast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. Changes & contact
