Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

IntentCast is operated by Arpit Khurana as a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using IntentCast you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use IntentCast only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of the third-party platforms whose public data we surface.

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive use of research output.
• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing IntentCast output as a competing dataset.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other users' accounts.
• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content submitted through the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getintentcast.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Credit packs are charged at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account & billing in the app (Manage billing), or by emailing support@getintentcast.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; we do not store full card details. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy — contact support@getintentcast.com within 14 days of a charge.

5. Intellectual property

IntentCast and its software, branding, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the research summaries you generate, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or publishing them. Links and excerpts from public discussions remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or revenue from using the platform, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentCast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. API use

API keys are personal and secret. Keep them on your servers, never in a website or app that others can inspect, and never share them. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. Each API search uses one credit, as in the app; searches that fail or find nothing are refunded automatically. You may not use the API to post replies automatically, to generate replies in bulk, or to resell IntentCast output as a competing service. We apply rate limits and may suspend or revoke keys used in breach of these Terms or in a way that puts the service or other users at risk.

10. Changes & contact
