IntentCast ("we", "us") provides buyer-intent thread discovery across public communities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to getintentcast.com and the IntentCast web application.

When you request a free search, we collect the email address and target URL or keywords you provide. When you use the product, we collect account details, usage data, and analytics needed to operate the service.

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials.
• Search inputs: URLs, keywords, and topics you submit.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches run, and feature interactions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected by our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use information

We use your information to deliver requested results, communicate about your account, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Service providers

We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf so we can run the service — for example hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and product analytics. 5. Public community content

IntentCast surfaces links and excerpts from publicly accessible discussion threads. We do not collect private messages or content behind logins, and we do not create profiles of the individuals who post in those threads.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers & children

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, using appropriate safeguards for such transfers. IntentCast is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
